Outfitters for Adventure Staff

Neil Thielke, Exectutive Director

Neil is a church planter with a father's heart who oversees the various churches that relate to Outfitters for Adventure -- pastoring pastors, training leaders, performing various chaplaincy roles, encouraging missionaries, conducting ministry schools on basic Christian life and ministry at home and overseas. Neil serves as President on the Outfitters for Adventure Board of Directors.

Ruth Thielke, Administrative Assistant

Ruth works closely with Neil assisting and facilitating the organizational details, traveling and ministering with him. Ruth also manages the Oufitters for Adventure financial accounts for all ministry activities with the exception of the ROCK fund for Kenya, which is managed by Jan Nieland. Ruth also serves as staff secretary for the Outfitters for Adventure Board of Directors.

Catherine McDade, Auditor

As the auditor, Catherine McDade reviews the books and accounts for Outfitters, and also sends the giving statements at the end of the year to those who have made donations to the Bethany Eastvold Fund.

Jan Nieland, Coordinator for ROCK:
Reach Out to the Children of Kenya

Jan Nieland has volunteered to administer the ROCK Kenyan orphan fund. Any administrative costs are paid by the Outfitters general fund, to insure that 100% of every dollar donated to the ROCK fund has gone directly to the orphans and their host families.
