Neil oversees the various churches that relate to Outfitters for Adventure -- pastoring pastors, performing various chaplaincy roles, conducting schools on basic Christian life and ministry at home and overseas, and assisting with pastoring at Morris Community Church.

Ruth Thielke, Administrative Assistant
Ruth works closely with Neil assisting and facilitating the organizational details, traveling and ministering with him, as well as pastoring the pastor’s wives in Outfitters. Ruth also manages the Oufitters for Adventure financial accounts for all ministry activities with the exception of the ROCK fund for Kenya and the Bethany Eastvold fund which are handled as separate accounts within Outfitters.

As the auditor, Catherine McDade reviews the books and accounts for Outfitters, and also sends the giving statements at the end of the year to those who have made donations to the Bethany Eastvold Fund.

the coordinator for the Bethany Eastvold Missionary to Ireland Fund, Jennifer collects, records, and manages the finances for Bethany Eastvold, Outfitters for Adventure missionary to Ireland.

Hanna Baker, Financial Deposits
Bethany Eastvold Missionary Fund
Hanna acts as the official depositor for the Bethany Eastvold Missionary Fund, receiving and recording all gifts, donations, tithes and other income which comes into the account. She works closely with Jenn
George to ensure accurate records are being kept, and that all contributions are properly credited to the missions account.

Jan Nieland, Coordinator for ROCK:
Reach Out to the Children of Kenya
Jan Nieland has volunteered to administer the ROCK Kenyan orphan fund. Any administrative costs are paid by the Outfitters general fund, to insure that 100% of every dollar donated to the ROCK fund has gone directly to the orphans and their host families.

Angela Franey is the Administrator for Outfitters for Adventure's Summer Institute of Ministry Training. She handles registrations, assists faculty with production of teaching materials, collects tuition, and provides overall coordination of the activites of the training institute.
